The room was always too hot or too cold. It was also very dark: one small window near the bathroom had way too many drapes, which obstructed part of the light and the other window near the front door was on the walk way to the other rooms, so that more than once I had people looking in the window and I finally put the shade down. The room also had a musty smell to it. Body lotion, bath soap and coffee creamers were not replaced each day. Brian E. Parkman

The room was spacious, with multiple sets of towels and plenty of mirrors. The grounds and gardens were attractive, and there were laundry facilities available. The staff was thorough and attentive, offering an upgrade without needing to ask. The motel had a boutique inn feel and provided a $5 breakfast voucher.
